What do you think is the correct way to put this KIT on the timeline? This is "Moskvich", but ICM makes it as "new parts" for the Opel Kadett. Select the theme "Moskvich-401" and mark "new tool" or leave it here?

As far as I know Moskvich-401 was made from Opel Kadett so "new tool" looks pretty logically in my view
